Richard moved to Miami in 1972 and worked for a major transportation corporation for over 26 years. In 1999, Richard became a Licensed Real Estate Broker, joined EWM Realty International and partnered with his wife, Jena Congdon to expand their real estate business. Richard’s extensive computer knowledge and business skills keep the team on top of technology for the latest and quickest information.
